Privacy Policy
This policy is a draft and may change before the app launches in the App Store and Google Play.
Bankroll App is operated by Queen Ventures LLC. The app is a tracker. It records bets you choose to type in or import. It does not place bets, hold money, or connect to your sportsbook accounts.
What we store
- Your email address and password (passwords are stored hashed by our hosting provider), if you create an account.
- Your starting bankroll and the bets you log or import: date and time, sport, event, pick, book or app name, stake, odds, status and result.
- For the weekly challenge: your display name and your play-money challenge bets.
- Feedback messages you send us, with the page you were on and your browser type.
If you use the app without an account, your bets stay in your browser on that device and are not sent to us.
What other people can see
Your tracker bets are private to you. If you join the weekly challenge, your display name, challenge bets and challenge results are visible to other signed-in players. That's how the challenge stays fair.
What we don't collect
- Sportsbook logins, card numbers or bank details.
- Your location, contacts or photos.
How it's used
Only to run the app and show you your own numbers. We don't sell your data, share it with sportsbooks or advertisers, or use it to send betting offers.
Where it's kept
Account data is stored with our database provider, Supabase. The website is served by our web host. These providers process data on our behalf.
Deleting your data
You can erase your bets from the Support page, or delete your whole account from the Account page. Deleting is permanent.
Age
Bankroll App is rated 17+ and is meant for adults of legal betting age where they live (21+ in most US states).
